Clay County Courthouse
This project involved finishing a shell space on the second floor of an occupied courthouse in order to relocate the Clerk of Courts. This space includes a new lobby, central cash booths, offices and cubicles, restroom facilities and a conference room. Mahogany entrance doors were installed to match the current courthouse finishes.

Clay County Fire Station #11
​Clay County Fire Station #11 was a brand new 10,465 sf facility built in Keystone Heights, FL. It replaced the old Fire Station 11 that could house only five adults in its 900 square feet. The project included three apparatus bays with a vehicle exhaust system that can house up to six emergency vehicles along with a bunker gear room, kitchen, fitness room, bunk room with a 5-bed capacity, shower and locker room and laundry room.

Clay County Tax Collector
This project was a renovation of a shell space in Middleburg, FL and is the new home of the Clay County Tax Collector. The space includes a lobby, Driver’s License testing area, multiple service stations and multipurpose room along with office and storage spaces. A walk-up transaction window was installed to provide easy access to County residents.
