Bozard Ford 12-Bay Quicklane
The Bozard Ford Quicklane is a 12,000 SF, 12-Bay automotive service center constructed with a CMU Split Face shell and a TPO Membrane roof over metal deck and structural steel. The building was built on a site that utilized all available space with building area and asphalt paving so it made for logistical constraints throughout the construction of the project. In addition, the project is located adjacent to major retailers and the existing operational Ford dealership. STG had to consider all of our surroundings when constructing the project insuring traffic flow and shoppers were not inconvenienced due to our project. Temporary measures were put in place to conceal the project from the public eye as well as keep them safe with our day to day operations. The project obtained a certificate of occupancy within a little over 4 months from the notice to proceed.
